Each priority is underpinned by measurable targets and strategies to help us achieve our vision for every child.

The SDP is shaped through a rigorous process of self-evaluation involving all stakeholders—teachers, classroom assistants, governors, parents and pupils. We gather evidence through data analysis, classroom observations, surveys, and consultation meetings to identify strengths and areas for development. Feedback from these groups informs the draft plan, which is then reviewed collaboratively before being formally approved by the Board of Governors. This shared approach ensures that our development plan is transparent, inclusive, and focused on the needs of our school community.
